Kachine Alexander, Jaime Printy and Kamille Wahlin earned all-Big Ten honors in women's basketball Monday, the conference and school announced.
Alexander, a senior, was a first-team selection by the league media and coaches and one of six players named to the all-Defensive team.
Printy, a sophomore and former Linn-Mar prep, was a second-team pick by the coaches and a third-team honoree by the media.
Wahlin was an honorable mention by both.
Alexander is the eighth player in school history to earn first team honors twice in a career. The Minneapolis native's 9.4 rebounds per game are the most for any guard in NCAA Division I women's basketball. She is the fifth player in Big Ten history to record 1,000 career points, 800 career rebounds and 300 career assists.
Printy leads Iowa and ranks fifth in the Big Ten at 16.4 points per game. She also ranks second in free throw percentage (.872), third in 3-pointers made (2.2 per game) and eighth in 3-point percentage (.379).
The Big Ten's Freshman of the Year last season, Printy closed this regular season as the Big Ten Player of the Week, netting a career-high 32 points against Illinois and 28 points at Indiana.
Wahlin became the 28th player in school history to score 1,000 career points and is averaging 12.3 points per game.
