State baseball today: West, Solon, Marion, Washington play for berths in finals
Eastern Iowa teams will be in the spotlight today at Principal Park in Des Moines during the Class 3A and 4A semifinals.
Solon plays Marion in a Class 3A tilt at noon in it quest for a second straight state title. Washington (Iowa) plays Harlan at 2 p.m. and Iowa City West takes on top-seeded West Des Moines Dowling at 6 p.m.
