Ruby Martin finishes fourth in U.S. Olympic Trials 200-meter butterfly
Iowa City's Ruby Martin, 16, finished in fourth place in the finals of the 200-meter butterfly at the U.S. Olympic Team Swim Trials Thursday night in Omaha, Neb.
Martin, who will be a junior this fall at Iowa City West, finished with a time of 2:09.96.
The top two finishers - Texas A&M grad Cammile Adams (2:06.80) and Georgia's Hali Flickinger (2:07.50) - qualified for the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
