Prep tournament rankings by The Predicament

The Predicament has released its second installment of state rankings. The rankings came out prior to last weekend's competition.Cedar Rapids Jefferson's Brenden Baker (106) and Linn-Mar duo Alijah Jeffery (120) and Ross Lembeck (152) are top-ranked in Class 3A.

West Delaware leads The Gazette area in 2A, holding the fifth spot with top-ranked Pat Woods (113) and Jake Voss (160).

Alburnett remains in the top team spot in 1A with top-ranked 170-pounder Dylan Windfield. Highland freshman Bryce West (113), Lisbon's Carter Happel (132), East Buchanan Tyler Hoffman (195) and 220-pounder Ryan Parmely, of Maquoketa Valley, are also area top-ranked wrestlers.
