Postseason cross country assignments set

The Iowa High School Athletic Association and Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union have released district/regional assignments for cross country.State-qualification meets are Oct. 21. The top three teams and top 10 individuals, both boys and girls, advance to the state meet Oct. 30 at Lakeside Golf Course, Fort Dodge.Here are the fields:
