Andy Winings of Brownsburg, Indiana fired a final round 71 to win the Greater Cedar Rapids by one stroke.
Winings finished 12 under par and took home 20,000 dollars for the win. Greg O'Mahony finished second at 11 under and Steve Friesen was third, two shots back. Oskaloosa native and former PGA tour pro Jerry Smith finished tied for fourth at 9 under.
