Center Point-Urbana defeated Waverly-Shell Rock, 45-41, in overtime in their Class 4A quarterfinal game at the IGHSAU girls' high school state basketball tournament at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. They will play in the semifinal against North Scott on Thursday, March 5 at 5 p.m.
