CEDAR RAPIDS -- There are convincing signs that a recession may be ending.
And we're not talking economy.
Short-handed Cedar Rapids Prairie collected 16 steals, forced 32 turnovers and posted a wire-to-wire 61-37 rout of shorter-handed Cedar Rapids Jefferson in a Mississippi Valley Conference girls' basketball game Friday night at Prairie High School.
