New Look for the Heart of America Championship

As usual, the championship race for the Heart of America Triathlon Series will take place in mid-September in Coralville. However, there is a new look this year for the final race in our series.

The TriHawks Triathlon has been renamed the Hawkeye Triathlon. The race will take place on September 16 on the Coralville Reservoir Beach. New this year will be an Olympic distance race run concurrently with the Sprint.

The Sprint race will be the Heart of America Championship race. Top HOA finishers in each age group will start in a special Championship wave, and will compete for free entries into next year's HOA races.
