NASCAR show car to make stop at Marion Pizza Ranch

MARION – Pizza Ranch, the Pizza Ranch Restaurant Support Center and Joe Gibbs Racing announce a show car tour featuring the No. 20 Pizza Ranch Toyota Camry driven by Matt DiBenedetto will be making a stop in Marion, 1055 Linden Drive, from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 21.
“What an exciting opportunity for the community of Marion," Misty Vanourney, co-owner and operator of the Marion Pizza Ranch. "Not often do we have the chance to have a NASCAR Nationwide Series replica come into town. We invite everyone to stop down and take a look at the car and hauler and feel the excitement of NASCAR.”
The tour will travel through Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Illinois.
“Our fans are what keeps us going and gets us excited to be out there racing," says Matt DiBenedetto, driver of the #20 Pizza Ranch Toyota Camry. "This show car tour brings some of that same excitement throughout our season to large and small towns across the Midwest. I just wish that I were able to be at each of these stops, and meeting with my fans in person,”
DiBenedetto will pilot the #20 Pizza Ranch Toyota in three NASCAR Nationwide Series races during the 2010 racing season. Races include the Road America race on Saturday, June 19 in Elkhart Lake, Wis.; Saturday, July 19 at Gateway International Raceway in St Louis and Saturday, July 31, at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa.
