Metro quartet earn first-team All-MVC golf honors

Four Metro golfers and two from Iowa City earned first-team all-Mississippi Valley Conference honors after the two-round competition (MVC Super Meet and divisional play) to determine all-conference selections.Cedar Rapids Xavier's Maddie Bertsch and Grace Winker and Cedar Rapids Washington's M.J. Kamin were first-team all-MVC performers in the the Valley Division. Cedar Falls' Allison Rolinger was MVC Valley Athlete of the Year and Tigers Coach Megan Youngkent was the division's top coach.Cedar Rapids Kennedy's Ali Lindo was the lone Metro golfer on the Mississippi Division's first team. She finished third individually. Iowa City West's Tiffany Danger and Iowa City High's Sarah Overton played their way onto the first team in that division. Dubuque Senior had two first-team members, including MVC Mississippi Division Athlete of the Year Jordyn Engelken. Senior's Rose Kubesheski was named the division's Coach of the Year.Below is the entire list of all-conference honors:
