McDonald's names Stokes to all-American team

MARION -- Linn-Mar's Kiah Stokes earned a supersized honor Thursday.Stokes, the current Lion and future player for the University of Connecticut, was named a McDonald's All-American girls' basketball player.The 6-foot-3 center will represent the West team at the United Center in Chicago at 6:30 p.m. March 30.University of Iowa recruit Samantha Logic also will appear.
