Linn-Mar's Paige selected for elite AAU hoops showcase

Linn-Mar guard Marcus Paige has been selected to compete in the AAU 17-Under Super Showcase basketball event July 23-27 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
The senior-to-be is a University of North Carolina commit. The showcase features marquee 17-and-under club teams from across the country.
The tournament will include two days of pool play followed by a single-elimination tournament.
NBA players Amar'e Stoudemire, Chris Paul and Dwayne Wade are among those who have played in the tournament in past years.
