Linn-Mar's Gogg to sign Wednesday with Dordt

Linn-Mar center Derik Gogg will sign an official letter of intent Wednesday to play college basketball beginning next season at Dordt College in Sioux Center.The 6-foot-8 Gogg averaged 7.2 points and 4.3 rebounds this past season for Linn-Mar. He also averaged a block per game.Dordt finished 28-7 this past season and made it to the quarterfinals of the NAIA national tournament. Former Cedar Rapids Kennedy prep Elliott Christians is a freshman for the Defenders.
