Jarrod Uthoff headed to Houston Rockets

James Harden, Chris Paul ... Jarrod Uthoff.
Uthoff, the former Iowa Hawkeye, joins two NBA All-Stars and his third NBA organization in less than a year Thursday when the Dallas Mavericks agreed to trade him to the Houston Rockets for cash considerations.
Uthoff was an undrafted free agent who signed with the Toronto Raptors last summer and was waived by them near the end of training camp. He spent most of the season with Raptors 905 and Fort Wayne in the NBA D-League before getting a pair of 10-day contracts with Dallas in March before signing a contract for the rest of the season.
He has an unguaranteed contract for the 2017-18 season for $1,312,611.
Uthoff appeared in nine games for Dallas, averaging 4.4 points, 2.6 rebounds and 12.8 minutes per game.
Uthoff presumably will be with Houston's NBA Summer League team in Las Vegas when that league begins play July 7.
