Iowa State to host ESPN College GameDay January 17

AMES - Iowa State's home game against the University of Kansas has been selected for national broadcast by ESPN.
The network's College GameDay program travels to college campuses across the country to broadcast the show, which features highlights, analysis and previews of the day's games.
This is the first time in school history GameDay has come to campus, according to a release on Iowa State's athletics website.
The program begins broadcasting at 9 a.m. Central time on ESPNU, with coverage on ESPN starting at 10 a.m.
Iowa State and Kansas have combined for a 21-4 mark to start the season, though the game doesn't tip off until 8 p.m. on January 17.
Both teams have been ranked in the top 25 each week so far this season.
Dan Shulman and Jay Bilas, along with reporter Shannon Spake, will broadcast the game.
