Iowa State honored former player Bryce Dejean-Jones with warm-up shirts and a 'BDJ' patch on its uniforms for Monday's home game against Mount St. Mary's.
Dejean-Jones was shot and killed in Dallas in May when he was looking for his girlfriend and forced his way in to the wrong apartment.
He played one season for the Cyclones (2014-15), averaging 10.5 points and 4.7 rebounds as ISU went 25-9. Dejean-Jones, who was 23, had just completed his rookie season with the NBA's New Orleans Pelicans at the time of his death.
