l Iowa colleges - Grinnell senior Frank Canady of Iowa City (West) earned academic all-district honors as a member of the men's track and cross country teams. Canady won the 5,000- and 10,000-meter runs at the Midwest Conference outdoor meet ... Alyssa Armstrong of Tipton and Destinee Gwee of Iowa City (City High) earned all-Big Ten academic honors as members of the Iowa women's rowing team ... Christina Scharmer of Cedar Rapids (Washington) earned Iowa Conference academic honors for the third time as a member of the Luther women's swimming and diving team and also earned her third varsity letter. Lexi Scharmer (Kennedy), Katie Storey (Prairie) and Jackie Hughes (Washington) also lettered ... A.J. Reuter of Monticello earned all-Central Region honors by D3baseball.com and the American Baseball Coaches Association as a junior on the Coe baseball team ... Riley Galbraith of Cedar Rapids (Kennedy) earned academic all-district honors as a member of the Coe men's tennis team ...
