Hlastradamus: Bad cover team Nebraska will falter at Iowa

Nov. 26, 2014 10:31 am, Updated: Nov. 26, 2014 11:52 am
Hlastradamus told you Iowa would cover the 10-point spread against Wisconsin last Saturday, and it did.
Must we even bother to discuss the rest of his genius moves? Seriously, must we?
The prophet was off-it last week, going 1-4 to snuff the flame of his white-hot late-season rampage. But the season-record still is a glossy 37-28-3 against the spread, and it's only getting better this week.
Iowa -1
vs. Nebraska
Iowa is 6-2 against the spread in its last eight games. Nebraska has failed to cover in its last four games.
It's hard for Hlastradamus to imagine the Hawkeyes laying down today. The Huskers were sad in their last road game, at Wisconsin, and this season has gotten away from them.
Ohio State -20
vs. Michigan
The Buckeyes feel a need to destroy Michigan for the playoff people. And they feel a need to destroy Michigan because it's Michigan.
They didn't destroy Indiana last week, so they'll go double-destruction on their hated rival, a Michigan team that just wants to be done with the season.
Indiana -2.5
vs. Purdue
Tevin Coleman and the home field.
This game will determine the Big Ten's worst team this season, so it's a biggie.
UCLA -4.5
vs. Stanford
Stanford lost by 16 at Arizona State and by 29 at Oregon. UCLA can win this one by 5.
Louisville -13
vs. Kentucky
That's right. Five favorites. But Kentucky has been getting crushed lately, and Louisville is finishing strong.
Hlastradamus is a beautiful seer.
