High school RoughRiders to host preseason tourney

Cedar Rapids RoughRiders high-school hockey team will host a four-team preseason tourney at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena Saturday and Sunday. Also competing is Dubuque, Quad Cities and the Kansas City Outlaws.Below is the schedule.
