By Morgan Breitbach, Xavier juniorCEDAR RAPIDS - The Xavier boys' and girls' bowling teams ended the 2013-2014 season 9-2 and 0-11 records, respectively.Junior Caleb Miller qualified for state for the second year in a row, finishing second in the Class 1A individual standings.The boys' team enjoyed its best seasons and Miller was hoping to repeat as state champion.The girls have steadily improved all season after overcoming the obstacle of having the minimum number of bowlers on the team.“The season was pretty fun,” freshman Tanya Zaugg said. “The seniors are a big help. They are great people and great bowlers.”
