By Shannon Mulcahey, Xavier seniorCEDAR RAPIDS - The Xavier girls' soccer team is back for more after winning the Class 2A championship last season for the eighth year in a row.Senior Marinna Schroud is one of four returning seniors.“The coaches don't make us feel a lot of pressure,” Schroud said. “It's like a new team and a new start since we lost so many seniors last year."This year's team is coached by 2007 Xavier graduate Bailey (Dorrington) Winter, who was the assistant coach in 2012 and replaced Doug Graham to lead the girls to their eighth straight win last year.“Bailey brings a really positive attitude to the field since she played at Xavier,” Schroud said.The Saints play in the jamboree today at Kingston and open at home against Iowa City High on Thursday.
