IOWA CITY - This week City High  will battle West for the Spike and the Boot.

The hashtag for getting updates of photos, videos and scores for @thelittlehawk on Twitter and @instalittlehawk on Instagram is #cityvswest.

The Little Hawk also is running a contest for the most liked photo by a student. To enter the contest tweet @thelittlehawk or add a photo to a tweet with the hashtag #cityvswest.

Tonight: 5:30 p.m. the volleyball teams will face off for the Spike at City

CROSS COUNTRY

Thursday: 3:30 p.m. City and West will be competing in the MVC Super meet at the Dubuque Soccer Complex

BATTLE FOR THE BOOT

Friday: 5 p.m. City and West will battle for the famous boot at City High.
