CEDAR RAPIDS -- In the not-so-distant future, Amanda Ollinger will have a couple tough decisions to make.Which school? Which sport?A sophomore at Cedar Rapids Jefferson, Ollinger said Tuesday she has received scholarship offers from the University of Iowa and Drake University to play basketball.Ollinger will start her college career in the fall of 2016.A 6-foot-1 forward, Ollinger averaged 7.5 points and a team-high 6.8 rebounds per game as a freshman. Her role certainly will be enhanced this season, with much of last year's team graduated.Currently, though, she's leading a volleyball renaissance at Jefferson. The J-Hawks won just four matches last year, but are 4-3 under first-year coach Mary Kay Van Oort."I'll have to decide which sport I want to play," she said after the J-Hawks were beaten by Iowa City West on Tuesday. "I'd like to have a decision by the end of the (school year)."Ollinger collected 26 of the J-Hawks' 43 kills Tuesday. Among those in attendance was UNI women's basketball coach Tanya Warren.
