Hardship waiver approved for Carly Mohns
IOWA CITY - The Big Ten Conference announced Thursday that it approved a hardship waiver for Iowa forward Carly Mohns, who played in nine games in 2015-16 before suffering a season-ending injury.
With the waiver, Mohns, a native of Brodhead, Wis., has three years of eligibility remaining.
Mohns, who stands 6-1, averaged 3.3 points and 3.2 minutes in 13.8 minutes per game before tearing her meniscus during practice in mid-December.
