“Grapple on the Gridiron” tickets available

More University of Iowa fans will have the chance to get tickets for 'Grapple on the Gridiron.”

Season ticket holders for the Hawkeyes' football and men's and women's basketball teams will be able to purchase tickets Wednesday for the dual at Kinnick Stadium.

Iowa will host Oklahoma State in an outdoor meet Saturday, Nov. 14, beginning at 11 a.m. Hawkeye football will host Minnesota at 7 p.m. that same day.

According to a news release, tickets are $10 and can be purchased by contacting the UI Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-IA-HAWKS. Tickets can be purchased online at hawkeyesports.com.

Tickets are available to the general public, beginning Thursday.

'Grapple” Tickets on sale Wednesday for Football and Basketball Season Ticket Holders

FB, MBB, WBB season ticket holders get a one-day advance on general public tickets

IOWA CITY, Iowa - University of Iowa football and basketball season ticket holders can purchase tickets to 'Grapple on the Gridiron” beginning Wednesday, Sept. 30, one day before tickets go on sale to the general public.

Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by contacting the UI Athletics Ticket Office over the phone at 1-800-IA-HAWKS or online at hawkeyesports.com.

The 'Grapple on the Gridiron” is a never before seen wrestling event featuring Iowa and Oklahoma State, the two most successful programs in NCAA history. The teams meet outdoors at Kinnick Stadium on Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. (CT). General public tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 1.

The Iowa football team hosts Minnesota that night inside Kinnick Stadium at 7 p.m. Tickets are still available at the UI Athletics Ticket Office.
