1. Michigan has won its last five games against Iowa in Ann Arbor.
2. Mark Donnal is a 6-foot-9 freshman forward who has played in 20 games for Michigan. His brother, Andrew Donnal, was a starting offensive lineman who finished his football career at Iowa next month.
3. Of all Division I players who have scored 300 points, Iowa's Aaron White he has the highest percentage of points (125 of his 316 total) from the foul line.
4. Michigan has played three conference games in overtime, including its last two losses. It hasn't lost a game in regulation since Jan. 13.
5. There have been 13 Iowa-Michigan games that have gone to overtime.
6. Iowa's opponents have committed just 13 turnovers over the last three games. Iowa has 25 turnovers in the same period, but if that looks like a lot, know that 8.3 turnovers per game would be the third-lowest in all of Division I.
7. In Michigan's 76-66 overtime loss at Michigan State Sunday, Wolverines junior guard Spike Albrecht scored a career-high 18 points. His previous best was 17, as a freshman against Louisville in the 2013 national-championship game.
8. Michigan freshman Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman also had a career-high 18 points in that game against Michigan State.
9. Michigan Coach John Beilein was also the head coach at Erie Community College, LeMoyne College, Canisius College, Richmond and West Virginia.
9. Like Fran McCaffery at Iowa, none of Beilein's first four Michigan teams had winning Big Ten records. Since then, the Wolverines are 46-18 in conference play.
10. Michigan lost at home to New Jersey Institute of Technology on Dec. 6 and Eastern Michigan on Dec. 9. NJIT has since lost to Long Island, Lafayette and Dartmouth. Eastern Michigan is 3-6 in the Mid-American Conference.

12. Glenn Robinson III left Michigan after his sophomore season to enter the NBA draft, where he was selected in the second round by the Minnesota Timberwolves. He has scored 27 points in 23 games.
13. There is an Iowa City, Iowa. There isn't a Michigan City, Mich. There is, however, a Michigan City, Ind. It's the home of the Michigan City Generating Station.
