Former Hawkeye point guard Brock Harding is transferring to TCU
Sophomore from Moline, Ill, averaged 8.8 points and 5.3 assists for Iowa this season. Also, Iowa freshman Chris Tadjo enters the NCAA transfer portal.

Brock Harding is transferring from the Iowa men’s basketball team to TCU.
Harding is a sophomore who played all 33 games for the Hawkeeys this season, starting 24. He averaged 8.8 points, 5.3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He made 40 percent of his 3-pointers (39-of-98).
He joined Iowa after being Illinois’ high school “Mr. Basketball” in 2023 when he led Moline High to the large-school state championship where he was a teammate of another Hawkeye transfer, sophomore center Owen Freeman. Wednesday, Freeman announced he was transferring to Creighton.
In other Iowa basketball news, freshman forward Chris Tadjo of Montreal has entered the NCAA transfer portal, bringing the number of Hawkeyes who have done so to 9.
Tadjo was lightly used this season. He played in 11 games, averaging 1.7 points and 5.0 minutes. He was a 4-star recruit according to On3. He played nine minutes in Iowa’s 101-75 loss at Maryland on Feb. 16, one of three games in which he scored five points.
