Dallas Clark filled in Saturday morning as College GameDay's guest picker at the Big Ten championship, but the former Hawkeye All-American couldn't sway mascot aficionado Lee Corso.
Corso picked against the Spartans on GameDay three times this season. Each time MSU won.
"What do you do when you're 0-3?" Corso asked. "You punt," fellow analyst Kirk Herbstreit replied.

Clark, who spent nine years as a tight end for the Indianapolis Colts stepped in for NASCAR's Joey Logano, who couldn't make it because of the fog.
"There was just something about this team that we haven't seen the past few years," said Clark, who visited Iowa training camp in August. "What it is is leadership. (Quarterback C.J.) Beathard has taken control of the offense and everyone is fighting for him and protecting him.
"This team is not a fluke. They're not winning flashy, but guess what? They're finding different ways to win."
Herbstreit picked Michigan State, but Desmond Howard went Iowa.
"I think on paper (MSU is) the better team," Howard said, "but something about Iowa, man."
Iowa and Michigan State kick off at 7:17 p.m. on Fox, with the winner likely assuring itself of a spot in the College Football Playoffs.
