Cyclones softball tops Hawkeyes on the road

IOWA CITY - The Iowa State Cylone softball team won 5-4 over the Iowa Hawkeyes Wednesday night at Bob Pearl Field.
The win moved ISU, to 21-17 on the season, while Iowa fell to 14-32.
Aly Cappaert hit the game-winning home run in the top of the fifth inning while Stacy Roggentien pitched a complete game while tying a career-high with 10 strikeouts.
The win was the first for the Cyclones in Iowa City since 2003,
