Cedar Rapids Xavier defeated Cedar Falls in Mississippi Valley Conference girls' basketball at Xavier.
Alex Axen scored 10 points for the Saints, whose records improved to 12-6 overall and 8-5 in league play. Colleen Bouchard and Shea Bartz added nine points apiece for the Saints.
