Badgers by 6 at Iowa, Hawkeyes by 1 vs. Nebraska

The Golden Nugget released point-spreads Saturday for 200 college football games this season. Four involved Iowa, three involved Iowa State. They are:

Sept. 13:

Iowa by 9.5 over Iowa State in Iowa City

Nov. 1:

Oklahoma by 22.5 over ISU in Ames

Nov. 8

: Iowa-Minnesota pick'em (even) in Minneapolis

Nov. 22:

Wisconsin by 6 over Iowa in Iowa City

Nov. 28

: Iowa by 1 over Nebraska in Iowa City

Nov. 29:

West Virginia-ISU pick ‘em in Ames

The one line of these six that surprises me is Wisconsin by 6 at Iowa. But these things are done on reputation as much as returning talent, and the Badgers have a solid national rep.

Many of the lines posted today will change in the days and weeks to come, and some will change a lot. I'd look for the Wisconsin-Iowa line to go down as time passes.
