Ryan Parmely scored four touchdowns and rushed for 245 yards as the Wildcats held off Wilton in Delhi.
Maquoketa Valley (11-0) will host Regina on Friday.
Parmely rushed for two TDs and caught two passes from Ben Dzaboff for scores. Zach Salow had two interceptions, including one with a minute left that sealed the win.

South Winneshiek scored 30 unanswered second half points to stun Class 1A No. 2 Dike-New Hartford, 36-17, last night in a second-round high school football playoff game in Dike.
The Warriors began their second half rally with a 61-yard halfback pass from Jordan Rommes to Alek Shatek. Rommes later took a direct snap, faked the handoff and ran 31 yards into the end zone to give the Warriors their first lead, 22-17 with 10:46 left.
On the ensuing drive, Rommes picked off a D-NH pass, then caught a jump ball in the end zone for South Winneshiek's final score.

DECORAH 40, MAQUOKETA 24 — Bryce Pierce completed 7 of 11 passes for 163 yards and a touchdown and rushed for three scores as the host Vikings survived a scare.
Decorah (11-0) took its first lead with 37 seconds left in the first half on Pierce's 37-yard TD pass to Cole Svestka for a 14-10 halftime lead.
Pierce added 96 rushing yards and Mikhail Suvorov had 92 rushing yards and a TD. Jake Hovden scored on a 61-yard punt return and Kyle Kane caught three passes for 61 yards for the Vikings, who will host Solon in the quarterfinals Friday.

WASHINGTON (Iowa) 42, OSKALOOSA 7:Daryn Seibelius threw two touchdown passes and ran for another and a Tanner Knupp-Alex Coker 1-2 punch combined for 168 yards and four touchdowns as Washington rolled past Oskaloosa, 42-7, last night in a Class 3A prep football second-round playoff game in Washington.Seibelius scored first on a 71-yard pass to Tanner Knupp in the first quarter. He completed 10 of 15 passes for 100 yards and also had a 28-yard quarterback keeper for a touchdown in the fourth.Coker led the Demons (10-1) with 75 yards on 17 carries and two touchdowns.Nick Rutledge scored for the Indians (7-4).-- Taylor Rasmussen, The Gazette
