Lions top hitter, batting .452 with 19 extra-base hits, including 12 doubles and four home runs, first-team Class 4A all-state by IHSBCA on and unanimous first-team all-MVC Valley Division.

Derek Jacobus, sr., C.R. Kennedy, of,

Led the Cougars with .381 batting average with a .492 on-base percentage, unanimous first-team all-MVC Mississippi Division pick and IHSBCA first-team all-district.

Dylan Preston, Clayton Ridge-Central, sr., inf.,

first-team all-state pick by Iowa Newspaper Association and secondteam pick by IHSBCA, hit .564, with a Class 2A-best 62 hits and 53 RBIs

Devin Raffensperger, sr., Iowa City West, utility,

Tied for fourth in 4A with eight home runs last year, hit .386 with 14 doubles and 40 RBIs, driving in a run per game started, first-team all-MVC Mississippi Division and first-team all-district by IHSBCA.

Mitch Keller, sr., C.R. Xavier, p,

A high prospect getting clocked in the mid-90s at a recent national showcase, struck out 91 batters in 69 1/3 innings with a 1.72 ERA, limited opposing hitters to .194 average, earning second-team all-district and all-conference honors.

Spencer VanScoyoc, soph., C.R. Jefferson, of,

Batted .341 as a freshman, tallied 45 hits, including 10 doubles, 56 strikeouts in 48 innings, first-team all-MVC Mississippi Division and second-team all-district.

Dallyn Putz, jr., West Delaware, inf,

Led West Delaware with .372 batting average, 42 hits and 25 runs, posting a .413 on-base percentage, earned first-team all-Wamac East Division and second-team all-district honors.

Hit .421 and knocked in 36 runs, finished with 45 hits and four home runs to lead Regals in both categories, earned Class 2A first-team all-state honors by IHSBCA

Led Vikings with .386 batting average with 39 hits, including nine doubles and four home runs, scored a team-high 30 times, Went 3-0 on the mound, named Class 3A second-team all-district by IHSBCA

Ryan Kortemeyer, jr., Lisbon,

utility, Batted .341 with 42 hits and 27 RBIs, Led Lisbon with nine wins, striking out 72 in 71 2/3 innings, received Class 1A first-team all-district honors

Logan Holt, sr., Center Point-Urbana, utility,

Batted .384 with 53 hits, including 12 doubles, had four wins, striking out 69 in 58 2/3 innings, selected to first-team all-Wamac West Division and first-team Class 3A all-district by IHSBCA

Mitch Steger, sr., Dyersville Beckman, of,

Hit .311 with 38 runs and 37 hits, including nine doubles, had 20 walks and 17 stolen bases, named first-team all-Wamac East Division

Elijah Kane, sr., Solon, inf., Led the Spartans in batting average (.383), runs (48) and hits (49), owning a .500 on-base percentage, named first-team all-Wamac East Division and second-team all-district by IHSBCA
