CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - For the second time this season, junior
Keelie Finnel (Francis Creek, Wis./Mishicot) has been named the United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Central Region Outdoor Female Athlete of the Year. She won the same honor during the indoor season.
