Jenna Power's 3-pointer with four seconds left got Coe to overtime, then she sealed a 68-66 victory with two free throws in the closing seconds of the extra period at Eby Fieldhouse in Cedar Rapids.
Coe improved to 11-7 overall and 4-3 in the Iowa Conference.
Kayla Waskow and Mary Halvorson scored 12 points apiece for Coe, and Power added 11.
Brooke Wehle scored 15 points for B.V. (7-11, 0-7).
CORNELL 106, KNOX 66
Eleven Cornell players scored - five of them in double figures - in a Midwest Conference rout at Mount Vernon.
Taylor Dicus posted a double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds for the No. 21 Rams (16-1, 11-1), and Camille Marie scored 22 points.
KIRKWOOD 72, SOUTHEASTERN 51
The Eagles stretched their winning streak to 10 games with the ICCAC victory at Johnson Hall in Cedar Rapids.
Bianca Dufelmeier led a trio of double-figure scores for Kirkwood (18-3, 7-0) with 14 points. Alex Fitzpatrick hit 3 of 5 3-points and scored 13 points; Kianna Jacobs was 5 of 5 at the foul line and added 11 points.
MOUNT MERCY 62, VITERBO 58
The Mustangs improved to 5-17 overall and 2-4 in the Midwest Collegiate Conference with the victory in Cedar Rapids.
