CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Coe came out on top in a game that saw eight lead changes and tied six times, as they moved to 4-2 overall and 2-0 in the Iowa Conference with a 75-68 win over Simpson. Coe led the entire first half, before the teams traded all leads in the second half.
