Quinton’s Bar & Deli for sale in Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS — A Kingston Village restaurant staple is on the market.

Quinton’s Bar & Deli listed its Cedar Rapids location, 450 First St. SW Unit 101, on the market last week. Its asking price, $400,000, is a turnkey package including the business, its furniture, fixtures and equipment. The location includes ample patio seating and direct views of McGrath Amphitheatre.

The restaurant remains open as it searches for a buyer.

Quinton’s also has locations in Coralville, Iowa City and Des Moines. Its Cedar Rapids location opened in 2017.

The listing joins others in the area this year.

Bari Italian, in the unit next door, closed in March after attempts to find a buyer.

The Flying Wienie, an iconic restaurant building just a few blocks away at 103 Eighth Ave. SW, is also on the market for $435,000.
