Owners of the longtime Vietnamese staple downtown are hoping to keep the business and its recipes alive with the next owners as they take a step toward retirement.

Now 50 years in the making, the International Banquet has offered a space for students to express themselves. But in celebrating their differences, they realized that they’re more alike than they thought.
