Crosby’s reopens under new management, new menu
CEDAR RAPIDS — Crosby’s located in the NewBo District at 1028 Third St. SE next to Raygun’s, reopened May 7 under new management, a new menu and some new renovations.
According to a Facebook post, Bryce Vogel is the new owner and chef at Crosby’s. He spent the past four years at the Cedar Rapids Country Club as a sous chef and then chef de cuisine.
Vogel said he will source Iowa where he can, noting that the bread is baked from a local baker and its tap is 100 percent local breweries.
Crosby’s also has a new brunch menu served every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Find out more at www.facebook.com/crosbyscr.
