Bitter Sweet Coffee & Ice Cream Camper opens in Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS — A mobile camper is bringing coffee drinks and ice cream treats to a stop near you.
The Cedar Rapids-based Bitter Sweet Coffee & Ice Cream Camper started serving lattes, ice cream, and specialties Aug. 6 in Lewis, and has since made a stop in Palo.
Specials this month include the Summertime S’mores latte and the Summertime S’mores dipped waffle cone, part of the camper’s rotating ice cream flavors. Other signatures include the Sweet Honey latte and Ice Cream latte.
Owners Kane and Cassidy Cook started the new business to make their dream a reality. The business also caters weddings and birthday parties.
