Somersaults’ Cassidy Fangmann sweeps state gymnastic division

Cassidy Fangmann of Somersaults Gymnastics swept the Senior C Level 4 competition at the Junior Olympics compulsory state meet last weekend in Sioux City.
Fangmann won the vault, bars, beam, floor exercise and all-around.
Teammates Elly Pfab, Esti Bishop and Alyssa Jarchow earned top-three finishes in Level 3.
At the Jinglebell Gymboree earlier this month, Fangmann won the Level 4 vault and Pfab captured the Level 3 beam. Jarchow placed in Level 3, and Paisley Joens and Addy Wilkinson placed in Level 4.
CRAG'S COMSTOCK WINS GOLD
Shayla Comstock of the Cedar Rapids Association of Gymnastics won the Level 3 beam at the Junior Olympics compulsory state tournament last weekend in Sioux City.
Also earning top three finishes for CRAG were Rilynn Dolezal in Level 3, Megan Doyle and Hannah Neudigate in Level 4, and Aniyah Lederle in Level 5.
KENDALL CAPTURES STATE TITLE
Reese Kendall of Kids First gymnastics won the bars in Level 4 at the Junior Olympics compulsory state meet last weekend in Sioux City.
Other Kids First Level 4 placewinners were Isabel Poggenklass and Aubreyanna Dvorak.
