CORALVILLE - Coralville City Administrator Kelly Hayworth is set to get a 3.25 percent increase in his total compensation.
Following a performance review, the City Council is supporting setting Hayworth's salary at $169,197 and deferred compensation for a retirement plan at $13,000, bringing his total compensation to $182,197.
That's an increase from $176,462 currently, of which $164,100 is his base salary.
The City Council is to vote Tuesday on the compensation package. It would be retroactive to July 1.
The 3.25 percent increase is equal to what has already been approved for union and non-union city employees, according to the city.
Hayworth has been Coralville's city administrator since 1988.
