I photographed some flood protection work along First St. NE and First Avenue NE last week. We wanted a wider photo that included context with the Veterans Memorial building in it.
With this particular photo, I like the pattern created by the metal flood wall foundation supports. The arc from the welder creates a focus for the viewer. I like letting my creative eye play with elements in a composition.
