Setting sun casts shadows on Iowa City cyclocross race

I have photographed this race many times over the years. The challenge of covering it is that the sun is setting and the light is fleeting as time goes on and the day draws to a close. In this case I chose to use the long shadows to my advantage and frame the subject looking uphill into the setting sun, illuminating the dust kicked up by the riders.
