Library Director Liz Petersen-Grier helps her son, Archer Grier, 3, pour contact solution into a cup for the base of his slime during Wacky Wednesday at the Springmier Community Library in Tiffin. The library hosts a Wacky Wednesday every month that features a fun craft. October’s Wacky Wednesday activity will be making spooky ghost brownies. In addition to Wacky Wednesday, the library hosts other family friendly and adult activities during the weekends and in the evenings. “We try to do something crafty at night as well because working parents can’t always get here during the day,” Petersen-Grier says.
