Regals defeat Clippers on Penalties 2-1 (4-3)

Clear Creek-Amana hosted Iowa City Regina for a girls’ soccer match on Monday April 24, 2023. The game ended 1-1 after extra time with goals scored by Regina’s Grace Gaarde in the first half and CCA’s Kylie Koehn in the second. Regina goalkeeper Courtney Kessler both saved and converted a penalty in the shootout’s final round as Regina won 2-1 (4-3).
