Marching bands from around Eastern Iowa marched up a storm Saturday at Kingston Stadium in Cedar Rapids. Kingston was one of the four sites that day for the Iowa High School Music Association's Marching Band Festival. A second set of four sites will host a second weekend of the IHSMA Marching Band Festival this coming Saturday.
