‘Passing Through’: New mural unveiled in downtown Cedar Rapids

Public art project brightens up Ground Transportation Center

Sadya, the co-founder of 237 Collective, attention to detail included using the number of a city bus that is currently in service when GTC workers told them that the number of the bus in a reference photograph was taken out of service. The mural is part of the nonprofit’s The Cedar Rapids Mural Trail. The trail includes at least 20 public art projects since the initial installation in 2012.
