If you read today's Ramblin' column in The Gazette, you met Margaret Caldwell, 102, the world's oldest columnist, who spent most of her youth in and around Cedar Rapids.
Margaret now writes for the Desert Valley Times in Mesquite, Nev. If you'd like to read her March 13 column -- a remiscence about getting her hair cut in a bob about age 14, here's the link:
